Role OverviewThe Service Runner will assist with various tasks in the service department, including shuttling customers to and from home/work, filling and other office duties, and maintaining a clean and organized service area. This role requires a reliable and punctual individual with solid driving and parking skills, able to keep up in a fast-paced environment. The Service Runner will work as a cohesive member of the service team to direct customers, handle customer relations, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the advisors.
What You Will Do
The Service Runner will perform tasks such as shuttling customers, filling and office duties, hand washing/vacuuming vehicles, running customer's cars through the car wash, assisting with other guests during high traffic times, picking up parts, moving vehicles for technicians, keeping the service aisle neat and orderly, answering phones, greeting customers, and filing repair orders.
