Service Sales Representative - Commercial Roofing

Requirements

• 3-5 years sales experience in commercial roofing, construction, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in sales with a strong record of achievement
• Ability to apply negotiation skills to a variety of sales situations
• Ability to manage/qualify leads and close business through direct contact or over the phone
• Excellent track record in developing relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust
• Solid project management skills
• Solid verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including SharePoint and CRM
• Ability to climb ladders and walk/inspect roof
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel locally; out of the office 80% of the time
