Role Overview

The Service Sales Representative will drive new sales for Hoffman Mechanical Solutions in a professional manner, consistent with the company's integrity and customer-care standards. The role involves determining customer needs and providing solutions that solve their issues and generate referral-based sales.

What You Will Do

Present in-person proposals, perform sales presentations, educate potential customers on value, and refine communication skills. The role also involves keeping appointments, participating in training, and transferring information to the operations department.
