Role OverviewThe Service Sales Representative will call on new and existing customers to survey, promote, quote, and sell fire protection products, systems, and services. They will qualify potential buyers, maintain accurate records, and submit sales reports.
What You Will Do
The Service Sales Representative will determine customer needs, develop a sales strategy, and close sufficient sales to meet assigned sales goals.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of proven work experience
- Typically, three to five years of successful end-user business-to-business outside sales experience
- Experience in service sales is preferred
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn, interpret and apply local fire codes
- Strong oral and written communication skills and English language fluency
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Excellent team working ability to ensure smooth turnover of details once service is sold
