Role OverviewAs a Service Specialist II, you will act as a trainer and resource for Service Specialist staff, supporting the Dispatcher role as needed. You will deliver and pick up patient supplies and equipment to/from their homes in accordance with all policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Deliver and pick up patient supplies and equipment, train new and existing staff, support the Dispatcher role, and establish effective relationships with patients, families, and caregivers.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid State Driver’s License (must have a clean record)
- Durable medical equipment (DME) experience preferred
- Exceptionally organized, multi-tasking, problem solving and communication and strong keyboard skills
- Ability to use navigation system and follow maps
- Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
