Role OverviewResponsible for all member service requests within the branch, performing routine daily transactions, and educating members on delivery channels. Ensures exceptional service levels, that members understand products and services, and refers members to Member Specialists for financial needs.
What You Will Do
Performs teller duties, assists with account requests, and engages Member Specialists as needed. Advocates for members, acts as a liaison with internal departments, and uses sound judgment when making decisions.

Requirements
- 1 year of cash handling experience combined with retail sales experience
- Banking experience is preferred
