The role will involve scheduling and coordinating vendor services, maintaining up-to-date charts on vacant apartments, and providing final quality inspections of ready vacant apartments.

The ideal candidate will have three years of building maintenance experience in a supervisory capacity, be EPA 608 Certified Type II or Universal, and have a valid driver's license. The candidate will also need to be proficient in the English language, have positive interpersonal skills, and be able to work calmly under pressure.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three years of building maintenance experience in a supervisory capacity
- EPA 608 Certified Type II or Universal
- CPO (Certified Pool & Spa Operator) certification for properties with an onsite pool
- Positive Interpersonal Skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency of the English language
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Medical clearance to wear a respirator
- Clean-shaven and consent to wear a respirator
