Job Description
We are seeking a Service Supervisor to join our on-site operations team to support a positive experience for our residents. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience and strong knowledge of maintenance safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

  • Manage maintenance staff
  • Maintain and execute a preventative maintenance program
  • Maintain community inventory
  • Ensure maintenance work orders are completed
  • Meet with team members on a regular basis
  • Interview and hire qualified candidates
  • Take initiative to work alongside the team
  • Evaluate and manage contractor projects
  • Perform and train technical skills
  • May be part of the on-call rotation as needed
