Job Description
Continental Properties is looking for a motivated and empowered Service Supervisor at our beautiful Springs at Flagler Center residential apartment community in Jacksonville, Florida. The supervisor will maintain facility operations, create new efficiencies, and develop standards that have a positive impact on resident renewals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2 plus years of experience in multifamily Service Supervisor role
  • EPA and CPO certifications desired, as well as substantial experience in HVAC, plumbing, pools, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors and appliances
  • Ability to work overtime and on call/non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
