Perform a variety of installations, repair and preventive maintenance duties on buildings, equipment and grounds.

Requirements
- Skilled in at least one engineering trade, with practical experience in other trades.
- 2 years of experience in a trade or general building maintenance OR completed education in the field of engineering in lieu of experience
- Self-starter with excellent technical and customer service skills
