Role Overview

As a Trek Service Technician/Advisor, you'll troubleshoot repairs and service bikes, build relationships with customers, and support the Service Manager. This role requires stellar customer service chops, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes, install accessories, and build relationships with customers. You'll also learn proper service methods and new technologies.
