Job Description
Apartment Maintenance Technician position with $1,000 sign on bonus, benefits, and competitive pay. Job involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing service issues in apartment homes and buildings.

Requirements

  • Two years experience as a maintenance technician and/or training
  • High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus
  • General building maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, construction
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to safely use small hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to stay well organized, detailed, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with safe driving record and reliable form of transportation
