Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing service requests, troubleshooting and repairing service issues, and maintaining grounds and common areas. You will also assist in making vacant apartment homes ready for leasing and new move-ins, and participate in emergency call rotation.

Requirements

  • Two years experience as a maintenance technician and/or training
  • High School or GED required
  • Trade School or Industry Training is a plus
