What You Will Do
Completing service requests, preparing apartments for new residents, handling on-call service rotations, and assisting with maintenance operations.

Requirements
- Residential maintenance experience
- Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, general appliance, and carpentry skills
- HVAC certification (a plus)
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
