Job Description

Paradigm is seeking a Service Technician to join our service team. The Service Technician will be responsible for completing service requests, preparing apartments for new residents, and assisting with maintenance operations.

Requirements

Residential maintenance experience preferred
Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, general appliance, and carpentry skills
HVAC certification a plus
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather
Strong customer service skills and good communication skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
