Service Technician I

The Service Technician I is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appearance of the community, meeting our standards of excellence in cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This role plays a critical part in creating first impressions for residents and prospects. Responsibilities may include painting apartments, maintaining curb appeal, and portering/housekeeping tasks. Additionally, the role may involve completing basic resident service requests and ensuring vacant apartments are cleaned efficiently, as well as planning and coordinating resident-related activities.

What You Will Do

Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter. Regularly perform detail cleaning of the property, including power washing as required, raking, sweeping, and shoveling when necessary, and using a blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clear of loose grass and brush.

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience in residential property maintenance
• Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles and/or golf carts
• Multi-Family housing experience is preferred
