Role OverviewAs a Service Technician II, you will be responsible for completing resident and community maintenance requests promptly and preparing vacant apartments for occupancy. This role ensures the community's cleanliness, aesthetic appeal, and functionality, meeting Prime’s standards of excellence. You play a crucial role in maintaining the community's appearance and safety.
What You Will Do
Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on appliances, building exteriors, doors, locks, electrical systems, flooring, landscaping, HVAC (with proper certification), plumbing, pools, and safety equipment. Prepare and update reports, work orders, and trackers. Respond to resident inquiries and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience in residential property maintenance
- Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles and/or golf carts
- Able to participate in the shared, mandatory on call rotation
- Multi-Family housing experience is preferred
- HVAC Certification is preferred
