Role OverviewThe Service Technician II will take on more advanced service and maintenance responsibilities, including managing complex troubleshooting and system upgrades. This role requires a higher level of technical expertise and the ability to handle challenging service scenarios.
What You Will Do
Execute advanced maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for security systems, lead service calls for complex issues, perform system upgrades and modifications, mentor and assist Service Technician 1, develop and implement best practices for system maintenance and service efficiency.

A sense of humor, creativity, and positive attitude, high school diploma or equivalent, technical certification or degree in electronics or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in servicing security systems with demonstrated expertise in advanced troubleshooting.
