Role OverviewThe Service Technician III is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and alarm systems. This technician operates with minimal supervision and is skilled in addressing advanced technical issues, often serving as a resource for junior technicians.
What You Will Do
Install, program, and configure advanced security systems, troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems, conduct regular system inspections, and train customers on the proper use and maintenance of security equipment and systems.
