What You Will Do
Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner, provide excellent customer service to our Residents, repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.

Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
- Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal).
- Must have HVAC installation experience.
- Must have HVAC troubleshooting experience.
- Must have multi-family/Apartment maintenance experience.
- Have a valid driver's license and able to provide valid documentation per E-Verify
- Passing a criminal background check and drug screen required.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
