Job Description
We are seeking a Service Technician III to join our team at Glass House by Windsor in Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance and will be able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance
  • Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms)
  • Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion
  • Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools
  • Site specific certifications such as EPA Type II or CPO
