Role OverviewCompleting service requests in a timely and proficient manner using excellent customer service skills. Repairing and/or installing all appliances as necessary. Compliance with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
What You Will Do
Install appliances and HVAC items, diagnose and repair failed electrical circuits, analyze and repair refrigeration cycles, repair plumbing systems, complete work orders, perform basic carpentry skills, and maintain curb appeal.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and positive interpersonal skills. They will be able to work with regulated chemicals and/or materials and/or substances, and have a valid driver's license within the state of residency.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least three years of HVAC repair experience
- EPA 608 Certified Type 1, Type II or Universal (i.e. CFC certification)
- Valid driver's license within the state of residency
- Acceptable driving record and own transportation
- Score at an acceptable level on the Maintenance Evaluation Test
- Provide own hand tools
