Role OverviewAs a Service Technician III, you will be responsible for completing service requests in a timely and proficient manner using excellent customer service skills. You will also be responsible for repairing and/or installing all appliances as necessary, and complying with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include installing appliances and HVAC items, diagnosing and repairing failed electrical circuits, analyzing and repairing the refrigeration cycle, repairing plumbing systems, completing work orders, performing basic carpentry skills, and maintaining curb appeal.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least three years of HVAC repair experience
- EPA 608 Certified Type 1, Type II or Universal (i.e. CFC certification)
- Valid driver's license within the state of residency
- Acceptable driving record
- Own transportation
- Score at an acceptable level on the Maintenance Evaluation Test
- Provide own hand tools
- Medical clearance to wear a respirator (provided by the Company)
- Be clean-shaven
- Consent to wear a respirator
