Role OverviewThe Service Technician IV is responsible for completing installation, service, and maintenance on various commercial HVAC systems. Must have experience with inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
What You Will Do
Perform assigned HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting tasks safely in a commercial and industrial setting. Service, diagnose and troubleshoot various commercial systems including packaged rooftops, split systems, boilers, chillers, etc.

- Experience w/ HVAC systems start-up/commissioning
- Working knowledge of HVAC concepts related to leak detection, evacuation, recovery, charging, heath pumps and air quality systems
- Working knowledge of service tools and testing devices
- Ability to follow and communicate instructions and directions both verbally and written.
- OSHA 10 Preferred
- EPA Certified
- Valid Drivers’ License
- Minimum 10 plus years of HVAC experience required.
