Job Description
Growth And Opportunities Await! We are currently looking for a hard-working and customer service minded individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to fulfill the need of a Maintenance Technician at our properties.

Requirements

  • Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Ensure the inside and exterior of the property meet company standards and applicable laws.
  • Respond to maintenance tickets.
  • Follow-up with residents and office staff on status of work.
