Job Description
Continental Properties is looking for a motivated and empowered Service Technician to join their team at Springs at Willowbrooke residential apartment community in Oakdale, MN.

Requirements

  • Experience in manual labor or related field
  • Ability to work overtime and on call/non-traditional schedule including some weekends and holidays
  • Occasional bending, stooping, and stretching
  • Ability to independently lift, carry, push, pull, or maneuver up to 100 pounds, and up to 250 pounds with assistance
