Job Description

Responsibilities include trouble-shooting service issues, maintaining interior and exterior areas, responding to maintenance service tickets, and communicating with residents and office staff.

Requirements

  • Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
  • HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
  • One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
