Job Description
We're Hiring For A Maintenance Technician- Where Growth and Opportunity Await! We are looking for a hard-working and customer service minded individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to fulfill the need of a Maintenance Technician at our properties.

Requirements

  • Active and valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
  • HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred
  • One-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience

Benefits

  • $20.00- $23.00/hourly
