Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Service Technician with strong troubleshooting skills to join our team in Rochester, NY. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the property to the highest standards and delivering excellent service to residents.

Requirements

  • Active, valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
  • One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
