Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and empowered Service Technician to join our team at our residential apartment community in Jacksonville, FL. You will provide above and beyond customer service and address our resident's service needs while maintaining facility operations.

Requirements

  • Brings hands-on experience in maintenance, manual labor, or a related trade
  • Flexible and reliable with a willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules
  • Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role—bending, lifting up to 100 lbs independently (up to 250 lbs with assistance)
