Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing service requests, troubleshooting and repairing issues in apartment homes and buildings, and maintaining grounds and common areas. You will work in a fast-paced environment and interact directly with residents and community team.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair service issues, prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing, maintain grounds and common areas, complete preventative maintenance tasks, and participate in snow removal efforts.

Requirements
- Two years experience as a maintenance technician and/or training
- High School or GED required
- Trade School or Industry Training is a plus
- Valid state-issued driver's license with safe driving record and a reliable form of transportation
