What You Will Do

As the Service Technician, you will help to troubleshoot service issues, maintain interior and exterior areas, respond to maintenance service tickets, and communicate with residents and office staff.

Requirements

  • Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
  • HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
  • One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
