The Service Technician will be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues, maintaining interior and exterior areas, and communicating with residents and office staff.

Requirements
- Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
