Role Overview

As a Service Technician, you will be part of a team of passionate and professional individuals committed to customer service. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair fuel systems and appliances, provide superior customer service, and bill customers for services rendered. This position requires overnight travel and 50% - 60% travel is required.

What You Will Do

Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair fuel systems and appliances, maintain the service vehicle, provide superior customer service, bill customers for services rendered, and deliver fuel as needed in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements
  • Ability to lift and pull equipment that weighs 50 to 75 lbs
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to satisfy the English Language Proficiency qualification requirements in 49 CFR §391.11(b)(2)
