Role OverviewAs a Service Technician, you'll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. You'll use your hands-on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day may include diagnosing problems and performing assigned repairs, completing work orders, routine check-ups, and ensuring assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
- CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- A collaborative, solutions-focused, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
