Job Description
Role Overview

As a Service Technician, you'll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. You'll use your hands-on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home. You'll diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in various areas, inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, and respond to work order requests promptly and professionally.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day may include diagnosing problems and performing assigned repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances. You'll ensure assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally. You'll also inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
  • CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organizational and time-management abilities
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
