Role OverviewAs a Service Technician at Alta Pest Control, you'll spend most of your day on the road, servicing customers at their homes and businesses. You'll start and end your day from your service area, not sitting in an office. You'll be responsible for the retention of our customers and reducing callbacks by completing all stops assigned to them.
What You Will Do
Your day might include treating 10-15 homes per day, communicating with clients, explaining treatments, answering questions, and addressing concerns. You'll also drive company vehicles, clean work areas, and assist with other administrative tasks.

Requirements
- No prior pest control experience required - paid training and licensing provided
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check
