Handle resident service requests, perform apartment and property maintenance, assist with health and safety issues, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience in multi-unit property management
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems
- EPA certification Type I or II
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Yardi, and other relevant applications
