Job Description
Role Overview

The Service Technician will install, maintain, and repair fuel dispensers, submersible fuel pumps, and other equipment in service stations and convenience gas stations. The role requires a wide range of skills and the ability to work through difficult problems. The technician will work in a safe manner, understand and comply with applicable fire safety, OSHA, and EPA rules and regulations, and provide quality customer service.

What You Will Do

Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance on equipment, resolve warranty calls, perform service calls on an after-hours basis, and provide quality customer service. The technician will also be required to travel as needed and work with the service project crew on service projects.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining tools required for performing the job effectively and safely, and will be required to follow customer's safety and housekeeping guidelines when performing repairs at customer sites. The role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver License
  • Familiarity with computer operations
  • Gilbarco Dispenser certification and Veeder Root Tank Monitor certification (preferred)
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
