Role OverviewThe Service Technician will work on a wide variety of skills, installing, maintaining, and repairing fuel dispensers, submersible fuel pumps, and other equipment found in service stations and convenience gas stations. Work will be performed in a safe manner, understanding and complying with applicable fire safety, OSHA, and EPA rules and regulations. The technician will observe, analyze, and determine action for service and repair of equipment, performing necessary repairs to correct analyzed situations in a professional and productive manner.
What You Will Do
Install, maintain, and repair fuel dispensers, submersible fuel pumps, and other equipment. Perform necessary repairs to correct analyzed situations. Perform factory-authorized modifications per specifications. Resolve warranty calls on dispensers and tank monitors. Perform service calls as needed on an after-hours basis.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with computer operations. Gilbarco Dispenser certification and Veeder Root Tank Monitor certification are preferred. The candidate will be able to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds, and meet the physical requirements of the job.
