Job Description
Role Overview

The Service Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition, safety, and appearance of the community. This position performs routine maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns while providing excellent customer service to residents and supporting the overall operation of the property.

What You Will Do

Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner, diagnose maintenance issues, perform repairs, and ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and applicable codes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical training, trade school education, or maintenance certifications preferred
  • Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or related experience preferred
  • EPA Type I and II or Universal Certification preferred or required based on property needs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
