Role OverviewThe Service Technician will perform repairs and/or service work on customer equipment, assist the sales team, and provide technical assistance to customers. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, minimum 1 year service or mechanical experience, and a clean driving record. The Service Technician will work in the Memphis, TN Supply Center and travel as required to repair customer equipment and/or rental units on job sites.
What You Will Do
Meet with customers to discuss services required, plan and facilitate service work, complete follow-through of repairs, perform quality inspections, and assist the Shipping Department with pulling and packing parts orders.
