Role OverviewAs a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service. No automotive experience is required, and we train our employees. A Driver's License is strongly preferred, but not required.
What You Will Do
Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines, perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance, complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records, vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields, support additional automotive services, follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards, participate in on-site and online training, assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep, build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
