Role OverviewNorthPoint is a real estate developer seeking a Service Technician to join their team. The role involves ensuring resident service requests are handled in a timely manner, troubleshooting and performing necessary repairs, and maintaining the exterior/interior of the community to exceed apartment living standards.

The Service Technician will be responsible for handling resident service requests, performing repairs, and maintaining the community's exterior and interior.

Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training
- Valid Driver's License
- Background in excellent customer service
- EPA Universal HVAC Certified for refrigerant recycling
- Provide own hand tools and be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, mechanical equipment and measuring devices
- Ability to transport items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Proficient communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
- Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies
- Daily ascending/descending of stairs and occasionally of ladder to perform work orders
- Must be able to perform work both inside and outside
- Continuous walking and standing
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Must be able to move, bend, squat, stoop, twist, climb stairs and turn to perform day to day responsibilities
