Role OverviewThe Service Technician is responsible for routine maintenance and troubleshooting on customer's equipment. The work schedule for this position is open and flexible: day or night shift, Sunday through Saturday.
What You Will Do
Perform service calls for various types of customers, complete all service call paperwork, work with Lead Technicians and other Technicians to prepare equipment for delivery, and operate vehicles on and off customer sites.

The Service Technician must be able to handle multiple tasks, have legible handwriting, and be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 3 years in related field
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid State Issued Driver's License with good driving record
- Knowledge of the general area in which product will be delivered
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Legible handwriting
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public and to understand traffic signs, to make entries on reports and records
- Possession of a current Medical Examiner's certificate
- Knowledge of procedures to secure cargo in or on a commercial vehicle
- Ability to successfully complete forklift certification test
