What You Will Do
Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial foodservice equipment, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and plumbing-related equipment issues, and perform preventative maintenance.

Requirements
- Previous experience repairing commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of gas, electrical, refrigeration, or plumbing systems is a plus
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
