Job Description
We are seeking a Service Technician to help us deploy and maintain Acusensus's world-leading technology in Connecticut. This role contributes to public safety by ensuring our systems for detecting distracted driving are operational, making a measurable, positive impact on communities.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years Experience: Demonstrated experience in technical fault finding, repair, and diagnostics.
  • Core Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electronics, technical diagrams, and computer/IT systems.
  • Advanced IT/Networking: Proficiency in UNIX, Command Line/PowerShell, and networking infrastructure (routers, firewalls, VPN).
  • Software & Process: Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash), virtualization, database management (SQL), and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Candidates must have full work authorization in the US.
