Job Description
Service Technician responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and repairing customer-returned opto-mechanical systems. Combines strong opto-mechanical assembly skills with optical testing expertise in a fast-paced RMA environment.

Requirements

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Perform initial inspection of returned RMA units
  • Evaluate and diagnose root cause of failures using interferometry and other tools
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble opto-mechanical systems
  • Perform optical alignment and final performance testing of repaired units
  • Conduct environmental stress screening when required
  • Generate detailed repair reports and photographic documentation
