Job Description
We are hiring a Service Technician who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and helping customers keep their tools running efficiently. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic and electric power tools, providing customers with guidance on proper tool operation and maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience repairing small engines, construction tools, or pneumatic/electric power tools
  • Previous experience in construction or industrial supply industry is a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
