Role Overview

The Service Transition Project Manager leads the transition of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) from commission into Long-term Operations and Maintenance under LTSA contracts. This role ensures structured service readiness while supporting engineering activities during early operations, enabling smooth handover, technical stability, and readiness for high-performance service delivery to Field Service Teams on Battery Energy Storage Systems.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and owning the Service Transition Plan, coordinating with Project Manager, Commissioning engineers, Customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve punch items, and managing alignment of warranty scope, contractual obligations, and handoffs.
